I had a Temaki-sushi dinner again with the sashimi left over from yesterday.

1st Tortoise Creek Chardonnay Viognier 2014  1080 yen

It is a South France white wine.

I like very much this fresh fruits, crispy taste and fine minerals.

It is a very fine table wine.

2nd Lieubeau Pinot Noir 2014  1680 yen  New arrivals

My long-awaited new arrivals are Pinot Noir made in Loire.

The winery named “Famille Lieubeau” was established in 1816 in Nantes Loire.

They are a traditional family vineyards & winery.

All grapes are grown by Terra Vitis method.

They produced very elegant style of wines.

This Pinot Noir doesn’t have a so big body.

I love this elegant red berries and charming acidity.

I love this style of Pinot Noir.

Delicious! Tasty! Very good!

I want to recommend this one.

However, if you like a big-concentrated-strong Pinot Noir, you may not like it.
