I bought this one at the winery yesterday.
It is made from 100% Koshu grown in the estate vineyards in Katsunuma.
It is made by the maceration method as same as a red wine.
Recently, you call this type “Orange Wine”.
The color is not orange but beautiful pink.
I have tasted every vintage of this one from the first vintage 2017.
I think the style has been fixed.
I felt fresh aroma, good acidity, light tannin and rich fruits.
The taste is very pure.
It was very good for the chicken today.
Tasty!
Anyway, I want to drink more!
