1st Domaine Barons de Rothschild Private Reserve Bordeaux Blanc 2019 1950 yen
Domaine Barons de Rothschild is a major fine wine company in the world which owns Chateau Lafite Rothschild.
This one is made from 85% Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grown in Bordeaux.
Domaine Barons de Rothschild produces only very nice wine.
This wine is specially delicious.
I felt elegant aroma, nice citrus, rich fruits, good acidity and fine minerals.
This one is a good sample of the fine wine, I think.
Delicious!
2nd Josten & Klein Mayschoss Pinot Noir 2015 4480 yen
I bought this one with some wine set of some web wine shop.
I don’t by internet wine set so much except my recommended ones.
But because the set had my very favorite wine, which is really difficult to find, I bought the set.
Then this Pinot Noir is a kind of extra but I was truly impressed in this one.
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Ahr German.
Ahr is popular as the red wine produce area but we don’t find it so much in Japan.
I didn’t know the winery, too.
The wine list in the wine set carton said, it is a very small private producer established 10 years ago.
The style is very delicate and elegant.
Obviously, it has a typical aroma, taste and flavor of BIO wine.
I didn’t feel any off-flavor but felt a super elegance of very fine Pinot Noir.
Surprise! Surprise!
I could meet a very fine extra wine tonight!
