I have tasted many kinds of wine.
But among these, when I return to Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay, I am always sure that it is so tasty.
When I told daimajo-sama that let’s taste Marquis de Beau Rond, she always look grave.
However, she always say, “It I so nice!” when she tasted Marquis de Beau Rond.
It has very pure fruits, beautiful acidity and nice minerals.
It goes to the spot!
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 870 yen
I think Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon is a truly decent red wine.
It shows the character of the grape variety and has no off-flavor.
I don’t feel any bad taste issue from some additives which this class wine often have.
I didn’t put the ice cubes in the glass at first.
But daimajo-sama put a lot of ice cubes in her glass and taste it with obvious relish.
The I tried to put ice cubes.
Finally, I found ice cube made the wine be far better.
