I cooked a spaghetti for lunch.
It was very nice.
I cooked a starter plate for dinner.
It was very nice, too.
1st MGVs Wine B521 GI Yamanashi 2019 2420 yen
This rose wine is made from 100% Muscat Bailey-A grown in Yamanashi.
I supposed that rose wine was good for Prosciutto and Salmon because both of the color are similar.
Well, I got a success.
This rose is very good.
I felt a lot of red fruits, nice acidity and fine minerals.
The taste was really charming and elegant.
It was very, very good for the starter plate today.
2nd Asahimachi Wine Kashiwabara Vineyard Late Harvest 2019 1650 yen
It is made from 100% Muscat Bailey-A grown in Ashahimachi Yamagata.
Kashiwabara Vineyard is located the most high altitude in the area.
The harvest is very late.
Very well matured grapes becomes high quality wine.
I felt very dense red fruits, elegant acidity, silky tannin and comfortable mouthfeel.
It is one of the best Muscat Bailey-A wines in Japan, I think.
The price is too much cheap, I am afraid.
