Yakiniku BBQ
Yakiniku BBQ is nice.
But the bad thing is that the smell is left in the room.
1st La Croix Gratiot Rose 2019 1738 yen
It is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grown in the estate vineyards in Languedoc by natural farming.
I felt delicate fruits, charming red berries and nice minerals.
I love this one.
What a delicious rose wine is this!
2nd al & dile Merlot 2018 1815 yen
It is made from 100% Merlot grown in Veneto Italy by natural farming.
Because I wanted to taste some solid style red wine for Yakiniku BBQ, I chose this Merlot.
I felt very concentrated fruits and solid tannins.
The taste was strong but also very elegant.
It was very good for the BBQ sauce today cooked by soy sauce.
