Millesimes in Tamagawa-Gakuen

Mar. 14

Because I had some festive occasion, I went to dinner with daimajo-sama.

It was the first dinner outside my home in this year.

We visited to Millesimes, which is a fine French restaurant in Tamagawa-Gakuen, where is a neighboring town of my home.

I enjoyed an outstanding ten-dishes course.

Every dish was tremendously delicious.

I was amazed at tasting all dishes.

They were very unique, fabulously fresh, marvelously well-cooked and delicious.

I chose wines from their wine list.

Glass Champagne

Alain Geoffroy Chablis 2018

Domaine Coste-Caumartin Pommard La Rue Au Port 2013

Every wine was very good, too!

Especially, I was so impressed in the beautiful berries and acidity of Pommard.

It was a kind of the miracle dinner for me.

I think the dinner today is ranked in the best ten dinner in my life.

I was moved a lot.

I have a new appreciation for the fine wines and cooks.
