It is made from 100% Picpoul grown in the estate vineyards in Languedoc by natural farming.
I love this one.
Both nice citrus and fine minerals are outstanding.
What a nice white wine is this!
I always drink up the whole bottle too fast.
2nd La Croix Gratiot Le Chant des Dolia Rouge 2017 4620 yen
It is the top cuvee of the winery.
It is made from Mourvedre, Syrah and Grenache grown in the estate vineyards in Languedoc by natural farming.
Some part of the wine was matured in Dolia, which is an old pottery crock.
I felt many layers of complex fruits, seamless tannins and ultra-comfortable after taste.
The top cuvee made by fine winery is very special!
