I cooked a big salad at lunch with the beef steak left over last night.

1st Bellecourt Chardonnay 2018 1210 yen
Recently, I found this Chardonnay was outstandingly fine.
I felt very rich fruits and excellent cask mature nuance.
I don’t like a big cask nuance with white wine but the nuance of this one is perfect.
The taste is similar to some expensive-fine Burgundy white, I think.
Very nice!
2nd Al & Dile Pinot Nero 2018 1815 yen
After tasting fine Chardonnay, I want to taste some fine Pinot Noir.
Then I opened this one.
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Veneto Italy by natural farming.
I like the beautiful fruits, elegant acidity, silky tannin and nice after taste.
It has the all tastes which I want to taste with Pinot Noir.
It doesn’t has any bad taste which I don’t want to find in Pinot Noir.
The price is super reasonable.
