Very good!

 

 

 

 

1st Fujiclair Koshu Sur Lie 2018  1881 yen

It is made from 100% Koshu grown in Yamanashi by Sur Lie method.

I felt nice fruits, fine citrus and comfortable minerals.

It is the typical fine Koshu style.

It was very good for the field mustard sauté today.

Tasty!

 

 

2nd Votano Wine Pinot Noir Seba-K4 2017  4000 yen

Votano Wine is a small garage winery in Shiojiri Nagano.

I heard some good reputation of the winery from my wine friend.

Then I bought this one by on-line wine shop of the winery.

It is a very unique style of Pinot Noir.

The color, aroma and tannin are very light.

The taste is very delicate.

However, I found very comfortable flavor.

I could see a very elegant Pinot Noir grapes in the glass.

I like this Pinot Noir very much. 

I will buy this one again.
