I attended some real business meeting today.
Unlike Zoom meeting, the discussion got heated.
1st Fujiclair Rose NV 1310 yen + tax
It is made from mainly Muscat Bairey-A with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grown in Yamanashi.
I saw the beautiful pink color and felt very charming red fruits.
At first, I wanted some more acidity but gradually nice red acidity was coming up.
It is a very soft and pure rose wine.
Tasty!
2nd Tortoise Creak Syrah Mourvedre 2019 1100 yen + tax
After the tasting soft rose wine, I wanted to taste some punchy red wine.
Then I opened this Languedoc red wine.
I felt rich fruits, good acidity and dense tannins.
The style is dark and concentrated.
But the mouthfeel is clean and elegant.
It is very easy to drink.
I like this one very much.
