I walked along Tsurumi River near my home in the cold rain in the morning.
I saw a lot of birds in the river.

Because I like a bird, I was very happy.
I cooked a seafood pasta by the leftover Temaki-Sushi last night.
Very nice!
At the dinner, I cooked Yakiniku BBQ.
Yakiniku was very nice but the room became filled with a strong smell.
1st al & dille Pinot Grigio 2018 1650 yen + tax
al & dile is the upper grade wine brand of Cescon in Veneto.
This one is one of my most favorite wines recently.
I like the rich & fresh fruits, very nice acidity and minerals.
What an elegant white wine is this!

2nd Borgo di Collorede Biferno Rosso 2010 2700 yen + tax
It is made from 50% Aglianico and 50% Montepulciano grown in Molise Italy by organic method.
Even though a long matured wine, it still has very fresh fruits.
Also, I felt very complex-elegant flavor thanks of a good mature.
It is a special wine for me, something different from other wines.
So delicious!
It was a very good for Yakiniku BBQ, too.
