I ate a lot of caviar!
1st Yamazaki Winery Pinot Gris 2019 3000 yen
I was gifted this one at the winery when I visited to in this month.
It is an outstanding Pinot Gris as not Japan wine.
I think it is one of the finest Pinot Gris in the world.
I love the tremendously rich fruits, very nice acidity and outstandingly fine minerals.
It showed the perfect harmony with caviar.
It was a kind of miracle!
2nd Chitose Winery KIMURA VINEYARD Pinot Noir Rose 2019 3050 yen
I bought this one at the winery in this month.
It is a marvelously good rose, too.
It was so tasty!
I felt fresh fruits aroma, charming red berries, nice acidity and very fine minerals.
I was sure again that KIMURA VINEYARD is truly special.
It is a really beautiful and elegant Pinot Noir rose.
SO tasty!
