I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
What a delicious sushi is this today!!
1st Chitose Winery Kimura Vineyard Kerner Shiro 2019 3000 yen + tax
I bought this at the winery last week.
It is a more advance version of Kerner than I tasted at Nouvelle Pousse Okurayama in Sapporo.
It is made from only Free-run Juice of Kerner growing in Kimura Vineyard in Yoichi.
I felt super-clean fruits, ultra-fine acidity and tremendously sharp minerals.
So, so tasty!
Especially, it was very good for Shirako!
2nd Chitose Winery Kita Wine Pinot Noir 2018 3600 yen + tax
It is an outstanding Pinot Noir in Japan, I think.
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir growing in Kimura Vineyard.
At first, I felt a light touch.
However, Gradually, the style has changed a lot.
Then I felt dark-fresh fruits, very nice acidity and some coquettish nuance.
It is a really delicious Pinot Noir.
It has a very high cost performance, too.
Surprisingly, it was very good for Uni!
