It was a very fine day in Tokyo.
It snowed in Hokkaido.
It’s getting near winter.
1st Estezargues Organic Cotes du Rhone Blanc 2019 1280 yen + tax
It is made from 70% Grenache Blanc, 10% Clairette, 10% Bourboulenc and 10% Viognier grown with no agrichemicals.
Also, it made by wild yeasts, no sulfur and non-filtered.
I felt very good fruits, natural acidity and thick flavor.
I tasted this ” Vin de Nature” at the first time recently.
I was sure again it was a very delicious bio white wine.
2nd Estezargues Organic Cotes du Rhone Rouge 2019 1280 yen + tax
The red is made from 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 15% Cinsault grown with no agrichemicals, too.
Also, it made by wild yeasts, no sulfur and non-filtered.
I always admire that the winery keeps such high and safe quality with such strict natural wine making.
I like the charming red fruits, nice acidity and soft tannin very much.
So tasty!!
