I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
I receive some guest today.
The sushi today was gorgeous version.
Delicious!
We tried to taste fine Japan Wines.
1st Sakai Winery Kohime 2017
It is made from 100% Delaware grown in Akayu, Yamagata.
Kohime is the local name of Delaware.
I felt very good babbles and pure fruits.
Tasty!
2nd Diamond Winery Delaware 2017
I bought this one at Sake-no-Todaya in Itabashi yesterday.
This one is very tasty.
I felt natural fruits, clean acidity and comfortable tannins.
The individualistic aroma of Delaware showed good balance.
3rd Kumamoto Wine Cabernet Sauvignon Clairet 2018
I bought this one at the winery in last July.
The color is rose but the taste is firm.
I felt rich fruits and elegant mouthfeel.
I started drinking chilly.
But it showed better taste with room temperature.
4th Ajimu Winery Pinotage 2017
Japan Pinotage is a real black swan.
I was so surprised at tasting this one at the first time two years ago.
Well, it is the best Pinotage I had tasted ever.
The other Pinotage wines are made in South Africa.
I felt super elegant fruits, good acidity and seamless tannin.
The style is similar to some very fine Pinot Noir.
