I feared for my physical safety.

 

I cooked dinner.

1st Paul Pernot Bourgogne Chardonnay 2017

I treated the request from dainajo-sama, ” I want taste a fine Burgundy wine!”

It is a really fine Burgundy.

I felt deep-rich fruits, elegant-clean acidity and clear- sharp minerals.

The style is a just fine Puligny- Montrachet.

Very good!

 

 

2nd Chateau Vannieres Bandol 1996

I treated the request from daimajo-sama, ” I want to taste some very expensive red wine!”

The I opened this old vintage made by a very popular winery in Provence.

I tried to taste this one at the image of the main dinning of luxury hotel in Cotes d’Azur.

Even though the 24 years mature, I felt still very fresh fruits.

I also felt very deep fines and comfortable mouthfeel.

She said, ” The price is too expensive but not so bad.”

I tasted it with ice cubes.

She must get yelled at by French people, I think…
