1st Sherwood Estate Stratum Sauvignon Blanc 2019 1900 yen + tax
It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Wipara Valley in New Zealand South Island.
I felt very fresh aroma, fine citrus, green pepper and nice minerals.
I think it is a typical style of very good Sauvignon Blanc in New Zealand.
This briskness is very good for this season.
So fresh! So refreshing!
2nd Sherwood Estate Stratum Pinot Noir 2019 2300 yen + tax
I tasted a different vintage of this wine on 11th July at some Italian Restaurant in Machida and gave a great rave review.
It is a new vintage.
I saw calm color, felt fine red berries, nice red acidity, soft tannin and deep-comfortable mouthfeel.
The taste was very cool and elegant.
I am sure again Stratum Pint Noir is just my favorite style.
It was very good for the seafood today.
