I had a very fine Japanese dinner at some place.
Every dish was outstanding.
Because of the state of emergency, I couldn’t have such fine Japanese dishes for three month.
I felt deeply blessed in this kind of the opportunity.
I bought two super fine bottles there.
1st J. Lassalle Cuvee Angeline Premier Cru 2009
I was given this fine Champagne from Mr. Takeda, who is my old member of staff, to celebrate my new company establishment.
It is the top cuvee of the winery.
I amazed in the elegant taste.
I felt fragrant aroma, beautiful acidity, elegant fruits and comfortable minerals.
It’s amazing.
I think it is one of the most delicious Champagnes I have ever tasted.

2nd Brundlmayer Pinot Noir Reserve 2016
This Austria fine Pinot Noir is also a gift from Mr. Shioda, who is my old member of staff.
It is the most delicious Austria Pinot Noir I have ever tasted.
The quality is as same as a super-fine Burgundy Pinot Noir.
I felt deeply elegant fruits, glorious acidity, charming tannin and very long-beautiful after taste.
It was an outstandingly delicious Pinot Noir.

I never forget today’s two bottles ever.
