Pinot Noir Only

Jan. 3

I cooked dinner at the first time in 2016.

While I was cooking dinner, a neighbor gave me big fishes.

Then I changed the menu today and wrestled with the fishes.

1st Domaine Antgnac Terres Amoureuses 2013  2160 yen

It is made from 85% Chardonnay and 15% Mauzac grown in Limoux Languedoc.

All of the grapes were fermented in small oak casks.

I felt very rich fruits, complex fines and comfortable after taste.

It’s a very fine Languedoc white wine.

2nd Domaine Antgnac Cote Pierre Lys Pinot Noir 2014  2160 yen

This popular Pinot Noir has been out of stock for a while.

We managed to receive the new arrivals with new vintage.

This vintage 2014 is very good as same as vintage 2013.

I love this very fresh aroma, fine red berries, elegant acidity and long-comfortable after taste.

I also felt very nice minerals even though it was a red wine.

There were all characters I want to taste with Pinot Noir.

It’s an outstandingly fine Pinot Noir for me.

Well… I have only drunk Pinot Noir with red wine in New Year.
