It was the annual “The Roast Chicken Day” in my home.
The event has been scaling down year after year with several reasons.
In this year, the event was in danger of losing.
However, some this blog reader asked daimajo-sama, who is the organizer of the event,
“ When will be held “The Roast Chicken Day” this year? ”
Then the motivation of daimajo-sama came back and she managed to organized the event.
I cooked simple starters because I didn’t have an enough time.

Because the cooking method has changed this year, the cook was far better than usual.
