I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
It was a simple style Temaki-Sushi today but delicious!
1st Alpha Loire Pate de Chat Chardonnay- Sauvignon 2018 1250 yen + tax
It is made from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grown in Loire France.
The vintage has changed to 2018.
You don’t see these grape variety blend so often.
One year, the harvest was too short to produce single grape variety white wine.
Then the winery blended these two variety.
That was so nice.
Then the blend became the standard.
I felt very pure & natural fruits, beautiful citrus and fine minerals.
It is just my favorite stayle.

2nd Alpha Loire Pate de Chat Pinot Noir 2018 1250 yen + tax
The vintage of this Pinot Noir has also changed to 2108.
The new vintage is very nice.
I felt a clean-cut aroma, a lot of red berries, mild tannin and fine minerals.
The taste is light but elegant.
This cool style pinot Noir is my favorite one.
It is a very good thing that you can buy such nice Pinot Noir with under 1500 yen, I think.
