I was invited to “ On-Line Wine Party” by my friends.
We used Line with iPhone.
The friend couple was tasting Marquis de Beau Rond Pino Noir.
It was a very nice party than expected before.
We talked a lot, very lot for three hours.
1st Tenimenti Civa Ribolla Gialla 2018 1850 yen + tax It is made from 100% Ribolla Gialla grown in Friuli Italy.
Ribolla Gialla is getting popular recently as the grape variety making Orange Wine.
However, it is a fresh still white wine.
I felt pure fruits, fresh citrus and very deep minerals.
I felt the now of Italy.
2nd Tenimenti Civa Refosco 2017 1850 yen + tax It is made from 100% Refosco grown in Friuli Italy, too.
At first,
I felt a slight reductive nuance but it disappeared soon.
Then I felt a lot of red berries, very nice acidity and elegant tannin.
The taste was deep and complex.
I was sure again it is a very nice red wine.
Then I tried to taste the third wine as well…
