I cooked dinner.
Because of a state of emergency, I couldn’t go to shopping centers far away.
Then I went to the nearest supermarket, “Odakyu OX”.
Fortunately, I could get very fresh fishes and ingredients.
I cooked Acqua Pazza.
The starter was Maguro Tartar
Acqua Pazza was very delicious.

1st Domaine de Montille Bourgogne Chardonnay 2014
Because I cooked very well, I want to taste some fine white wine.
Then I opened this fine Burgundy Chardonnay.
Montille Bourgogne AOC is not so often found.
It was a very fine white wine.
At first, I felt some reductive nuance but it soon disappeared.
Then I felt very rich fruits, very long acidity and very nice minerals.
It was a very elegant Burgundy Chardonnay.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Merlot 2018 780 yen + tax, bought by Odakyu OX
Ordinary, when I open some fine white wine, I choose some fine red wine, too.
But it was tricky choice today.
I want to know if I choose Marquis de Beau Rond after tasting the de Montille Chardonnay.
Well, that’s OK.
The Merlot is tasty, no problem.
I felt a simple but nice fruits and mild tannin.
It is a very pure red wine.
It was very good for Acqua Pazza today.
Marquis de Beau Rond is great!
