I want to drink expensive wine!

Apr. 2

I was going to taste ordinary wines with ordinary dishes with some sashimi.

However, daimajo-sama started shouting “ I want to drink expensive wine!”.

Reluctantly, I opened “Prophet’s Rock Home Vineyard Pinot Noir 2014”.

It is made in Central Otago, New Zealand.

It was marvelously delicious Pinot Noir!

It has an outstandingly elegance and amazingly condensation like a DRC.

We were moved a lot.

It was the best wine in these months.

Then I got carried away and opened “Marufuji Winery Chariot D’Or 1987”.

It is a desert wine made from 100% Koshu grown in Katsunuma Yamanashi.

It was a wonderful wine, too.

I felt very fresh fruits even though it had 32 years maturing.

I also felt a very elegant sweetness and so nice long mature nuance.

It was fabulously fine desert wine.

At last, we opened five bottles by three people.

It is our standard volume.
