I cooked dinner, Temaki Sushi.
So delicious!
1st Joostenberg Fairhead 2016 1900 yen + tax
It is the white top cuvee of the winery in South Africa.
It is my most favorite wine in these days.
I love the rich fruits, good acidity and dense minerals.
It has a perfect balance, I think.
It was so nice for Temaki Sushi today.
2nd Villa d’Est Wine Pinot Noir 2015
I bought this one at the winery a few years ago.
Because I wanted to drink some good Japan wine with sushi, I chose this one.
I felt pure friuts, fine acidity and elegant taste.
It is not a powerful wine but impressive.
Tasty!
It is very good for sushi today, too.
