When I walked around a creek near my house, I found an Alcedo, as well.
I love her (him?)!
I cooked dinner, Temakisushi.
Very delicious!
1st Marusan Wine Hyaku Koshu 2018 1410 yen + tax
It is made from 100% Koshu grown in Katsunuma.
I felt very pure and natural fruits.
Sometimes, you find too much technical making Koshu wine.
But this one is really opposite.
I am sure again it is a truly fine Koshu wine.
Why the price is so cheap?
2nd Marusan Wine Hyaku Bailey-A 2018 1310 yen + tax
The red is also very natural and elegant.
I never felt any candy smell that some Bailey-A often has.
Ⅰlike the charming red berries very much.
It is a light body red wine but I felt very nice “fines”.
So tasty!
It was very good for Temaki-Sushi.
Why the price is cheaper than Koshu?
