It was the first Nabe in this season.
I took the soup from Chicken by boiling six hours.
Delicious!
1st La Croix Gratiot Picpoul de Pinet 2018 1380 yen + tax
I was sure again that the Picpoul was very special.
It is absolutely different from ordinary white wines.
For me, it is the best white wine under 1500 yen.
I love the elegant fruits, nice citrus and super fine minerals.
It is outstanding!

2nd Borgo di Colloredo Biferno Rosso Gironia 2010 2780 yen + tax
This red wine is the top cuvee of the winery.
It is made from 50% Aglianico and 50% Montepluciano grown in Molise Italy by organic method.
I felt charming aroma, dense fruits, nice red berries and elegant tannins.
The taste was really beautiful.
I was sure again it was very fine Italy red wine.
