The half of December has already passed.
I have been very busy.
1st Cescon Ribolla Gialla 2018 1000 yen + tax
This Ribolla Gialla got “Yumayasu” award by Real Wine Guide, which is a popular wine magazine.
Yumayasu means “Qualité Prix” in Japanese.
Cave de Relax has got a lot of this award.
However, it is the first time that the award bottle was recommend by not me.
Yamamoto Saketen in Mitaka recommended this to the tasting.
I am so happy.
The tasting comment is following,
“Fruits and acidity shows very good balance. The taste is very sharp. It is a very clean & fresh white wine. Tasty!”
I agree with the comment.
2nd Cescon Raboso 2018 1000 yen + tax
The red is also very tasty.
I felt a lot of fine red fruits, nice acidity and elegant after taste.
The taste was very elegant.
It’s very easy to drink.
I love Cescon.
