I got a big squid.

Vegetables
Pork and Apple Saute, Yuzu sauce
Very good!
1st Pesquie Chardonnay 2018 1380 yen + tax
It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in South France.
I felt very big tropical fruits.
I also felt nice acidity and good minerals.
All of the tastes made a very good balance.
I am sure again it is a very good Chardonnay.
2nd Chateau Pesquie Cuvee Terrasses 2017 1650 yen + tax
This red wine used to be dark-concentrated full body style, which some American critic likes.
However, the style has changed.
It still has very concentrated-dense fruits but also has very elegant acidity and mild tannins.
The taste is very pure and natural.
I felt some nuance like a fine Burgundy wine.
It was so delicious!
