I tasted Bourgogne today.
I felt very fresh fruits even though it was six years matured.
I also felt fine-complex flavors that a very good matured Chardonny has.
It was so tasty.
2nd Faiveley Mercurey La Framboisiere 2017
The red was very fresh 2017 vintage.
The vineyard is “Monopole” of Faiveley.
It was very tasty, too.
I felt a lot of charming red berries.
All of the aromas, tastes and flavor showed a perfect balance.
I bought it by the last our sale with around 3000 yen.
That’s real bargain!
