I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
I cooked very fresh fishes.
Very good!
1st Arugano Koshu 2019 1850 yen + tax
It is a Nouveau wine made from 100％ Koshu grown in Yamanashi.
I felt very fresh aroma, nice citrus and fine minerals.
It was very pure and elegant.
Even though the alcohol degree is only 10％, I felt very good fruits body.
It is a very good white wine.
2nd Rubaiyat Nouveau red 2019 1410 yen + tax
The red Nouveau is made from 100％ Muscat Bailey-A.
I felt s lot of red berries, nice acidity and elegant tannin.
It was very tasty, too.
The fruity taste is very special, I think.
Also, it has a very high cost performance.
