I don’t like a baked rice.

 

 

I like a steamed rice as I am Japanese.

 

 

 

 

1st Cave de Chantre Sain-Veran 2017 2000 yen +tax

Finally, we received this new arrivals which was out of stock for a while.

I felt rich-elegant fruits, nice acidity and minerals.

I am sure again that it is a very fine Burgundy Chardonnay.

 

 

2nd Bellecourt Pinot Noir 2017 1110 yen+tax

At first, I was going to open some fine Burgundy Pinot Noir in my stock.

But they were not so good for Paella, I thought.

Then I opened this Languedoc Pinot Noir.

I felt dense fruits, nice red & black berries.

It was very good for the seafood paella.

Tasty!
