The Cabernet Sauvignon in my garden doesn’t have any good cluster in this year.
But only one cluster looks very nice.
Why?
1st Chateau Saint-Jacques d’Albas Domaine d’Albas Blanc 2017 1450 yen + tax
Finally, we received this fine Languedoc white wine which has been out of stock for a while.
It is made from Viognier and Vermentino grown in Minervois by “Method Cuisinier”.
I felt very sharp minerals and super elegant citrus.
It is a really elegant white wine.
Delicious! Delicious!
2nd Chateau Saint-Jacques d’Albas Domaine d’Albas Minervois Rouge 2016 1450 yen + tax
The red is made from Syrah, Mourvedle and Grenache grown in Minervois by “Method Cuisinier”, too.
I felt very good matured fruits, charming black berries and super mild tannins.
This elegant taste is a typical style of Minervois.
SO DELICIOUS!!
