We are in summer holiday week now.
My commuter train was empty today.
Almost all shops and restaurant were closed.
We open 7 days a week.
1st Soleil Wine Classic Blanc 2018 1520 yen
It is made from 100％ Koshu grown in Yamanashi.
I felt rich fruits, soft acidity, slightly honey flavor and elegant after taste.
I know the winemakers grow the grapes and produce wine both very kindly.
It is a very nice Koshu wine.
2nd Soleil Wine Classic Rouge 2017 1470 yen
The red is made from mainly Muscat Bailey-A grown in Yamanashi.
I felt very natural and charming nuances.
I like the elegant-red fruits, mild tannins and a nice after taste.
Each taste makes a very good balance.
It is a very fine Japan wine with a very high cost performance.
