It was a day-off today.
I weeded my garden for two hours.
I was so tired.
Then I cooked dinner Temaki-Sushi.

1st L’ Elegance Blanc de Blanc Vin Mousseux NV Sample Tasting
I tasted a sample sparkling wine with Temaki-Sushi.
It is made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne grown in Sud-Est France.
Melon de Bourgogne is the grape variety for Muscadet, isn’t it?
I saw this grape variety from Sud-Est at the first time.
I felt soft babbles and good acidity.
It was good for Temaki-Sushi.
Tasty!
2nd Furano Wine Higuma-no Banshaku 2018
I bought this red wine in Hokkaido ski resort last year.
It showed a very good mature nuance.
The taste was better than before, I thought.
I like this red acidity.
It was good for Temaki-Sushi, too.
