I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.

1st Bailly Lapierre Cremant de Bourgogne Rose NV Sample Tasting
At first, I was going to taste Japan Wine and took a photo them with Sushi.
However, I reminded that I had to taste many sample wines in these days.
Then I tasted this sparkling wine.
All of the bottles of Bailly Lapierre are great.
This rose is also very tasty.
I felt very fine red berries and tremendously nice acidity.
It was very good for sushi today.
2nd Gassan Wine Yama Sauvignon 2016
Because I wanted to keep drinking a fine red wine which had a nice acidity, I chose this Japan Wine.
Yama Sauvignon is a hybrid grape variety born in Japan.
The grape has a very high level acidity.
Also, this one had a very rich fruits and elegant tannins.
Tasty!
It was very good for sushi today, too.
