I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
Delicious!
1st Chateau des Templiers Muscadet Sevre et Maine Sur Lie 2017 1380 yen
It was a so hot day in Tokyo even though it was still in May.
Then I chose this white wine.
Fine Muscadet is so good for a hot day, I think.
I felt very nice minerals, clear citrus and rich fruits.
It was so good for Temaki-Sushi today.
2nd Shinshu Takayama Winery Pinot Noir 2017 3170 yen
It’s the first vintage Pinot Noir of the winery.
The taste is very light.
If you bring this to some wine connoisseur’s tasting party, it may be an only light wine.
However, I tasted this kindly with sushi and found very nice fines and taste.
I felt enough quality that I need for Pinot Noir.
Also, I like a natural and pure style of this.
The vines are still very young.
I am looking forward to tasting future vintages of this Pinot Noir.
