I cooked dinner, Temaki Sushi.
Delicious!
1st Shinshu Takayama Winery Nacho White 1620 yen
I bought this at the winery when I vidited to last week.
It is sold at the winery and the local wine shop there only.
The winery makes the price very low for the local people.
Anyway, it has a very high quality.
I felt very fresh and crisp fruits, vrry fine citrus and very comfortable minerals.
The winery doesn’t annaunce the grape varieties they use.
I surpose it is a blend wine mainly using Sauvignon Blanc.
So tasty!
It was very, very good for sushi today.
2nd Shinshu Takayama Winery Nacho Rose 1620 yen
The second wine today was a Rose.
I bought this one at the winery, too.
Amazing!
It was an amazingly delicious rose wine.
I love the outstandingly chaming red fruits, tremendously good acidity and super elegant fines.
It may be the best rose wine I have ever tasted in my life.
It was very good for the sushitoday.
