Because I cooked very well, I opened very fine wines.

 

 

 

1st Jacques Picard Brut NV  5500 yen

It is made from Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grown in Champagne Cru Berru by natural farming.

I have been importing this Champagne since 15 years ago.

I felt so nice fruits, very good mature nuance and elegant babbles.

I am sure again that it is a very fine Champagne.

 

 

2nd Frederic Magnien Vosne Romanee V.V. 2015

Before I opened this bottle, I had stringent expected how wonderful this one.

However, at first, I felt the taste was something short.

It’s very tasty but there wasn’t the taste I had expected.

Then I drank it very fast.

Oh! No! I felt a super elegant aroma and tremendously deep fruits at the last glass.

I had better taste this bottle slowly.

I made a big mistake.
