Kurigohan

Sep. 25

I was gifted a lot of chesnuts.

Then Daimajo-sama cooked Kurigohan, a rice cooked with chestnuts.

It took about one hour to peel chestnuts by her.

Good Job!

Kurigohan was so delicious.

1st Plaimont Grand Heron Blanc 2013 980 yen

It’s so tasty!

I like this beautiful fruits and fine minerals very much.

It has so nice fresh fruits taste.

It is made from Colonbard and Ugni Blanc grown in Cotes de Gascogne, South-West France.

You can still find such a nice wine in the class under 1000 yen.

2nd Takeda Winery Zao Star Wine red 2014 1290 yen

It is made from 100% Muscat Bailey-A grown in Yamanashi.

It is my standard red wine made from Muscat Bailey-A.

It is a really charming-tasty Japan wine with high cost performance.

I like this beautiful acidity indeed.

It was very good for Kurigohan today.
