I grilled Sazuki took 30 minutes at low heat.

I enjoyed a crispy fish skin and a moist fish meat.

1st Alpha Loire Touraine Sauvignon Blanc 2012  1490 yen

It was an outstandingly clean style of Sauvignon Blanc.

It showed a very good combination between nice citrus and fine minerals.

So delicious!

I think this white is as good as Sancerre or Pouilly-Fume made in upper Loire.

The price of the same quality Sancerre should be over 2500 yen at least.

 

 

2nd Alpha Loire Touraine Rouge 2011  1490 yen

The red is made from 80% Gamay and 20% Cabernet Franc.

It was an outstandingly well-balanced red wine.

I suppose there are many persons who think both Gamay and Cabernet Franc are no good grape variety. (It’s me?)

I want them (me?) to try to taste this red.

I think you can find the same quality red wine not so often.

It’s so tasty!
