We received the new arrivals from Portugal with the same vintage, which was out of stock for a while.
The cap has changed to screw for cork.
The color is very light like a water.
The taste is also very clean like a fine mineral water.
I felt very delicious fruits, good acidity and fine minerals.
Tasty! Tasty!
It was very good for Bonito and Gratin tonight.
2nd Obuse Winery Sogga Pare et Fils Syrah 2016
It is made from 100% Syrah grown at Domaine Kakuto vineyard in Takayama Nagano.
The color is very light like a Pinot Noir.
The taste is very elegant like a Pinot Noir, too.
I felt a lot of charming red berries and nice acidity.
However, I could find some big structure behind the light taste.
The Alcohol degree is 14%.
It is high as Japanese wine.
I would like to taste this after long mature.
Well… I will try it.
