I canceled watching a local succor game because of a terrible hot temperature.
I set a thermometer at my deck.
It indicated 46℃!!

It is made from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Vermentino grown in Limoux Languedoc.
The vineyards have a cool climate because of high altitude.
Then this white becomes a very cool style.
I felt very fine acidity and minerals.
I tasted this by near ice temperature.
So tasty!
2nd Domaine de Bachellery Pinot Noir 2016 1380 yen
The red is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown is Languedoc.
The vineyards have a cool wind because of located in near seaside.
I was impressed in very rich body, elegant fruits and nice minerals.
I tasted this with chilly temperature.
Very good!
