I felt amazingly clear-fine minerals and rich-elegant fruits.
I think the balance of minerals and fruits is perfect.
It is amazingly tasty.
I am sure again it is a tremendous white wine in Languedoc.
The price is super reasonable, I think.
2nd Chateau de Montfaucon Baron Louis 2014 2650 yen
It is the flagship wine of Chateau de Montfaucon in South Cotes du Rhone.
It is made from Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvedre picked up from old vines in the estate vineyards.
I felt rich body, concentrated fruits and massive tanins.
I also felt some good mature nuance.
We want to taste such big wine when the temperature becomes cool.
Very good!
