I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.

1st Rubaiyat Koshu Kamoshi 2016
I bought this at the winery last year.
I think the price was less than 2000 yen.
It is made from 100％ Koshu grown in Katsumuma Yamanashi buy as same as the red wine maceration method.
It looks rose wine due to Koshu skin color.
I felt a very nice acidity, fine fruits and some spairmint nuance.
I like this very much!
It was very good for sushi tonight.
The label says the total production is 503 bottles.
Oh! Very low!!
2nd Furano Wine Higuma no Banshaku 2016
I bought this at the hotel shop I stayed last March buy skiing in Furano Hokkaido.
It is s made from Furano #2, which is a hybrid grape born from some French grape and Japanese original grape variety.
I felt a very vivid acidity, big fruits and dense tannin.
I didn’t feel any rough taste and flavor, which some hybrid grapes often have.
I was sure again it is a very unique and fine Japan Wine.
Unfortunately, this red wine is only sold in Hokkaido.
