Oh! It is a very fine Pinot Noir, isn’t it?
Cotes d’Auxerre is the northernmost area in Burgundy.
Yes, I feel a cool nuance very much.
It has very good acidity, fine minerals and comfortable oak touch.
It is very well balanced.
The taste is not so dark but very stable.
I feel something similar nuance to Japanese finest Pinot Noir.
The price 2200 yen is also very reasonable, I think.
