I joined to a private wine dinner party at Yurakucho Wine Club with Marie Conde from Stark-Conde Wines in South Africa.
The main guest tonight was “ Chateau Latour 1966 ” !!
It was very hard to open the bottle.
Finally, I managed to get a success.
The condition of Chateau Latour 1966 was perfect.
It was a really outstanding old vintage, with fresh-complex-honey fruits and deep- mild-elegant tannin.
Everybody went into a dream land.
