Picnic and Cooking Dinner

It was a very fine day and a day-off today.

 

 

I went to a picnic near the park and had a nice lunch.

 

 

I enjoyed a salad I cooked and Alpha Loire Cremant de Loire.

 

 

So nice!

 

 

After I went back home, I cooked dinner.

1st Marusan Winery Wakao-Kajuen 2017 2,160 yen

I bought this at the winery two weeks ago.

It is made from many table grape varieties grown in the estate vineyards.

It is a very fine dry rose, isn’t it?

I didn’t feel any table grape flavor.

I felt very nice natural grape nuance, good acidity and comfortable minerals.

It was very good for Sashimi today.

Both Sashimi and wine was pink color.

Very, very delicious!

 

 

2nd Marusan Winery Ajiron 2017 1620 yen

Ajiron is one of not popular table grapes in Yamanashi.

I felt strong table grape aroma at first.

The taste was as like as a grape juice.

But it was a dry red wine.

It was so tasty.

I felt very natural grape nuance a lot.

Surprisingly, it was very good for trout sauté today.

Surprise, Surprise!
