1st Foraci Sollatio Bianco 2016 1080 yen
It is an organic wine made in Sicily from Catarratto and Inzolia.
The label has changed with the new vintage.
I felt very clean fruits, nice citrus and fine minerals.
It’s my favorite style of white wine.
I think the quality is much better than the previous vintages.

2nd Foraci Sollatio Rosso 2016 1080 yen
The red is also an organic wine made from Nero D’Avola.
It has very clean fruits, too.
I felt charming black berries, soft tannin and very comfortable after taste.
Well, it was really tasty.
I found new my recommendation.
